Genuine Return Requests

shipping returns can be significant. Therefore, we kindly request that you only initiate a return if

(Using number provided in Instagram bio). Keep the below information handy when you raise the
request:
● Order number
● Reason for return (damaged, incorrect product, measurement discrepancy)
● Clear evidence (photos or videos) showcasing the issue

Return Resolution

Upon receiving your return request and verifying the eligibility, we will provide the following
resolution options:
Replacement: If the product is damaged and a replacement is available, we will send you a new item
as a replacement at no additional cost.

Full Refund: If the product is damaged and a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund
to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return
the item. Please note that you may be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is
due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).

Non-Returnable Items

● Items purchased beyond the 7-day return window

● Please note that minor imperfections in the design, as we use hand prints, will not be
considered grounds for a return. These imperfections contribute to the uniqueness and
